DB realty will be the biggest wealth destroyer
Since the question is about the scrip and not the business…its a tricky one.. markets have the tendency to keep bad scrips high for a long long time.. But anyways, considering the current valuations and expected growth anticipated out of some businesses , i thing the huge wealth destroyer will be Jubilant foods. The business will eventually grow due to a strong consumption theme and all the reasons already mentioned in the sell side reports but the chances of it maintaining the forward multiples and expected growth rates is very low. I will be very surprised ( and humbled) if this scrip remains a wealth creator in next five years.
I think Vakrangee Software will be huge wealth Destroyer in the next five years
