Korea to change Masseur Laws…Only those Blind can become Masseurs !
Just read that Korea is planning to change their Masseur Laws ! Licenses will only now be given to Blind People and the Masseurs have to be the same gender as those they are Massaging How about giving licenses to only Dumb People !….many Masseurs just talk too much while at work !
