” I don’t know any other way to lead but by example “….Don Shula, Football Coach
While I’m waking up to a Dream, my daughter is living hers at a young age !….. after three long and tough camps and two Nationals, just got selected last evening as Goalkeeper for the India Womens u 16 Football Team… she turns 15 next week and what a lovely Birthday Gift for her…
Darling, you’ve made all of us so proud… School, State, Family and Friends, Coaches & Mentors…. now go and make India proud…….
Remember that the harder you work the luckier you’ll get…. and that Chance favour those in motion… so always keep moving !
Love you as only I can……
Many Thanks to all those who prayed for, blessed and cheered her along the way….. and thanks for all the congratulations messages and good wishes
….and Mom and Dad in Heaven, I’m sure you both had a hand in this for your granddaughter !
…..I shall hug her from all of you before she leaves next week for Jordan, via Delhi, directly from the Camp to play the first round of the Asian Qualifiers for the FIFA u 17 Women’s Football World Cup next year
India is in Group B and will play Iran, Bahrain, Uzbekistan and the host nation, Jordan…. Group Topper goes on to Round 2 in Malaysia in early December… winner there goes on to Final Round 3 to play Asia’s top Five Teams for a place in the FIFA u 17 Womens World Cup next year…. so a tough road ahead for India
