You got to be there when your kids need you…you’re always on call…and it’s fun actually…the bonding is great…so it was yesterday….hectic day for daughter…was not to be as hectic for me…..gym presentation for Main Sports Day rehearsals in the morning at school…rush to Preliminary Sports Day…then half way through rush to Inter School Gymnastics half way across the city
….Mom busy with our Dog…so it was left to me,Dad, to coordinate and be with daughter…..was exhausting…returned at 10 pm in the night…a full 12 hour day…running around…but was worth it….her confidence and assurance levels went up…won Silver in 400m and Gold in High Jump…did not await 200 m as rushed for Inter School Gymnastics…and despite nearly a year’s layoff from daily gym practice…. as she was away for three long Football Selection Camps and Nationals before finally making it this October to the India Girls u 16 Team as Vice Captain too…… she won two Bronze in Floor Exercise and Vault !
….today she is to break a brick…she’s a Black Belt in Karate…. and also present rhythmic gymnastics with a ribbon as part of Sports Day Presentations to Invitees and Parents…apart from taking part in the Long Jump,100 m and the Relay ….Phew ! …all in a Day’s work for her !….
……thank God for Mobiles…..been coordinating work on it and even converting meetings to mobiles ! ….and seeing one of client group Investments hit a second upper circuit too over two days….thank God clients and associates understand and lend support too….in fact they even encourage the unplanned bonding with daughter….Cheers to them !

Thanks Nitin Rao…daughter’s an inspiration to all of us at this young age….it is a tough balance but where there is a will there is a way…..you are right…she attends a very good School…Cathedral & John Connon….it is celebrating 150 years….and has provided a strong platform to achieve , both, academic and extracurricular excellence….it has supported my daughter right throughout…you can vist their website and find my daughter featured in a few places,notably in Football and Gymnastics…Cheers and thanks again for your good wishes which I heartily reciprocate…all of us have an inner potential…some of us simply do not tap it
