Since an earlier part of the Day,Hathaway Cable has stopped transmitting out all Channels except New Channels in Mumbai ! ~ probably directed to do so ~ so all can watch only the late Balasaheb Thackeray Funeral !? ~ not sure of other Cable Service Providers
I was unaware of this till a friend furiously messaged me on fb ~ I was glued to the live telecast across news channels of the Funeral Procession ~ but then all viewers are not like me ~ they are missing out on entertainment and sports viewing
I called the new Hathaway Helpdesk 61656655 which was answered by one Abhishek ~ asked him why have all the channels except the News Channels been blacked out ! ~ he first asks which area I stay in ! ~ it does not matter as my friend and I stay in different areas quite far from each other in Mumbai ~ he then says it’s because of a Technological breakdown ! ~ I tell him not to parrot a line that he was told to ! and have the guts to state the real reason and even send a message on screen for this ~ because for the silliest of reasons they keep sending messages and when a message was indicated they don’t even bother !
I’m sure tomorrow the Media will reveal all of this and who ever issued this selfish,damaging and dictatorial Directive has certainly not endeared themselves to us !

I think this is what is Bal Thakre all about. On one hand he speaks the truth that no other politician can dare to speak and other hand his men will make you wonder what on earth their philosophy is all about? As a maharashtrian I profusely wept . He was someone who you could connect to, though I never voted for Shivsena but I always felt there was a need for someone like him. RIP Balasaheb
